This role is the first of its kind in our store network! Anaconda are bringing to life our very first Adventure HQ store and have partnered with several well-known marine vendors to create an exciting new product offering of boat, motor and trailer packages to give our customers greater choice in the market.

 

Our customers will have a range of entry level to fully equipped boats, with fit out options available for the beginner to the avid marine goer. Partnering with well-known marine experts, our customers will have the choice of motor and trailer options to create packages for all budgets. 


The Role:

As a Marine Specialist your core activities will involve educating our customers on the best fit marine products for them, selling BMT packages and our extended Marine range, working collaboratively with our fitment centre team to prepare BMT packages for delivery, supporting customers with the registration of their boat and motor packages and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from pre purchase to delivery.

 

Additionally, you will assist in the general retail operational needs and day-to-day activities of the business by driving strategies for ongoing maximisation of profit through;

  • Sales Growth
  • Gross Margin
  • Management of Stock
  • Expense Management

 

The role of a Marine Sales Specialist contributes to the success of the overall retail store by maintaining a working knowledge of products and services, educating the wider team on sales techniques and using this knowledge to sell products, services and club memberships to our customers.
