About the role and what you'll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable in-store experiences

  • Guiding customers on rods, reels, rigs, and all things fishing

  • Helping at the register with smooth, efficient transactions

  • Restocking and merchandising to keep the store looking sharp

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming space

  • Working with a high-energy team to smash sales goals

  • Jumping in across departments when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!

Who We Are Looking For:
We want enthusiastic, customer focused team members who live and breathe the outdoors—especially the fishing lifestyle.

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!

4. Reference & Police Check

5. Job Offer
