About the Role:
As an Anaconda Store Manager, you'll take charge of:
- Leading teams of 30+ in a big box retail setting with finesse and determination.
- Demonstrating a keen financial sense, including P&L management exposure.
- Mastering high-volume stock management to ensure efficiency.
- Putting customer satisfaction at the forefront of all operations.
- Leveraging your experience in performance management to drive team success.
- Developing talent pipelines and mentoring/coaching with team
- Store presentation standards and visual merchandising/promotional implementation
- Driving and SMASHING goals and kpi's
- Leading by example, and have FUN.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking candidates with:
- Previous leadership roles in big box/large format retail environments.
- Experience leading teams of up to 25+ members.
- Proficiency in financial management, including P&L analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure.
- First Aid certification or a willingness to undergo training.
