Key Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in Cluster/Multi-site Management
• Motivational leadership with a focus on achieving maximum sales potential.
• Strong background in leadership, coaching, and development.
• Leading multi-site stores of 5+
• Commercially focused with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in fast-paced retail duties including store operations, visual merchandising, and reporting.
• Excellent computer/administrative skills.
• Strong transactional/POS/cash management/retail financials experience
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with timeframes and deadlines.

Your General Duties:

• Deliver and measure the Retail and consumer strategy.
• Challenge status quos within the Retail Leadership teams.
• Monitor store stock management, including margin management, stock levels, turnover, and shrinkage.
• Provide direction on staffing levels to achieve business outcomes.
• Identify trends and opportunities, offering solutions for execution.
• Manage employee relations, performance, and adherence to company policies.
• Drive exceptional and personalized customer service across all stores.
• Build and develop a talent pipeline for all stores and team members.
