Key Responsibilities:

As Cluster Manager, you will lead multiple stores within your region, creating positive, high-performance environments and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and inspire teams across 5+ stores, driving sales and performance.
• Create a positive, motivated culture within each store
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and adherence to company policies.

Operational Excellence & Customer Experience:

• Ensure the stores meet or exceed financial and operational KPIs, including revenue, margins, and profit.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, margin management, turnover, and shrinkage.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and a personalised experience across all stores.
• Lead by example to deliver exception and personalised service to all

Strategic Leadership & Execution:

• Recruit and build a strong talent pipeline by developing and mentoring team members.
• Coach and collaborate with store leaders, ensuring they are well-equipped to lead teams.
• Monitor and evaluate store performance, driving alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Implement and drive in-store presentation standards, promotional activities and driving key sellers.
  
  

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in Cluster or Multi-Site Management
• Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, development, and performance management
• Expertise in retail operations, visual merchandising, and reporting
• Commercially focused with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong experience with POS, cash management, and retail financials
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer/administrative skills
