About the Role
As an Anaconda Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a team of 30+ staff in a big-box retail environment
• Driving financial performance, including P&L management and KPI achievement- SMASHING goals
• Managing high stock volumes efficiently and ensuring seamless store operations
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and being a strong brand ambassador
• Coaching and developing a strong talent pipeline within your team (identify talent within the team)
• Overseeing visual merchandising and promotional execution
• Leading by example—motivating your team and creating a fun, dynamic workplace

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven retail store leadership experience in a large-format retailer
• Experience managing teams of 30+ team members
• Strong financial acumen & execution – including P&L, forecasting, and trend analysis
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Expertise in high-volume stock management
• Passion for outdoor adventure and customer engagement
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
