About the Role:

This role is based at the POS Services hub at the front of our store. Your main responsibilities include:

• Processing customers sales through POS in a friendly and efficient manner 
• Greeting, engaging and enabling customers entering the store to identify their needs and support their shopping experience 
• Handling customer enquiries in regards to returns, exchanges and warranties 
• Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting in different departments across the store

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products
• Experience with face to face customer service
• Knowledge of POS systems and money handling 
• Confidence in managing customer returns and warranty enquiries 
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
