What You Will Be Doing:
This role involves assisting the buyer in completing and executing long- and short-term strategies, supporting stores with a variety of queries and requests, and maintaining data, loading promotions, reporting, and managing samples.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the Buyer, ensuring efficient operations.
- Manage and analyse data using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Assist in developing and sourcing new products, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for Artistry's Master Data & E-commerce queries.
- Optimise and source product content for the website to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and update data integrity, ensuring accuracy and standardisation.
- Manage promotions and pricing within relevant systems.
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in SAP (preferred).
- Experience/Background within BA roles- minimum 2 years
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, always looking to improve processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- A genuine passion for retail and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
