Seeking an experienced IT Retail Store Support Analyst with a retail/POS background to provide hands-on support for our stores' technology, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT equipment.

Our IT Store Services team plays a critical role in supporting over 250 stores across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Singapore.

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Provide POS & Store IT Support (Level 2/3) to store users, including troubleshooting EFTPOS, POS software/hardware, mobile/PDA devices, WiFi, LAN/WAN, and store applications
  • Store Setup & Relocations - manage technology requirements for new, renovated, or relocated stores, including ordering and installation of POS and IT equipment
  • Store System Upgrades / Maintenance - configure, upgrade, and maintain POS systems and ensure accuracy of technical documentation
  • Install and/or replace store IT hardware - POS, printers, scanners, EFTPOS devices, back-office PCs
  • Manage service escalations and work closely with vendors/suppliers to resolve POS and store IT issues quickly
  • Support store project rollouts - System migrations, POS upgrades, IT refreshes

 

 

About You:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a retail technology environment and has a passion for supporting store teams.

  • Proven experience providing Level 2/3 IT support in a retail environment (essential)
  • Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS, and store IT hardware/software
  • Experience with retail platforms (e.g. Retail Directions or Surefire) highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical store staff under pressure
  • Current Driver’s License and flexibility to travel interstate and internationally
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
