About you:
- Able to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Background in customer service/retail- essential
- Career background within fishing/marine- highly desirable
- Knowledge and proven experience within fishing or marine required.
- Solution oriented with forward thinking approach.
- Team player who can contribute across entire store.
- Ability to share your experience and knowledge.
