Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding fishing equipment, techniques, and local fishing spots.
• Assist customers in selecting the right gear for their specific needs and preferences, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fishing trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Passion for fishing and a strong knowledge of various fishing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
