Anaconda Team Leader responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Store Manager in all areas of the business
  • Ensure our customers leave with a great retail experience
  • Lead your team through effective coaching and training
  • End-to-end product management of the store
  • Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets
  • Manage daily high-volume stock and operations
  • Be surrounded with all the products you know and love. 
  • Be a part of a dynamic, supportive & collaborative team.

Must haves:

  • Outdoors product knowledge and/or experience
  • Large format retail leadership background highly desirable
  • Experience in leading teams of up to 10+
  • Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team.
  • High stock volume management is essential
  • Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
  • First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)
