Store Manager responsibilities:
- Customer satisfaction is forefront in your operational decisions
- Strive to inspire your Store to meet/exceed targets and KPIs
- Lead big box teams of 30+ with passion; inspire your Team
- Demonstrate commercial acumen including P&L management
- Manage high-volume stock to optimise efficiency
- Exemplify performance management to achieve Team success
- Develop strong talent pipelines (succession planning)
- Maintain Store presentation and visual merchandising/promotional standards
Must haves:
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and have FUN
- Prior leadership role/s in a large format retail environment
- Team leadership experience of 30+ team members
- Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes
- First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
