Store Manager responsibilities:

  • Customer satisfaction is forefront in your operational decisions
  • Strive to inspire your Store to meet/exceed targets and KPIs
  • Lead big box teams of 30+ with passion; inspire your Team
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen including P&L management
  • Manage high-volume stock to optimise efficiency
  • Exemplify performance management to achieve Team success
  • Develop strong talent pipelines (succession planning)
  • Maintain Store presentation and visual merchandising/promotional standards

Must haves:

  • A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, and have FUN
  • Prior leadership role/s in a large format retail environment
  • Team leadership experience of 30+ team members
  • Commercial acumen, including P&L analysis, trends and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intuitive and effective management of high stock volumes
  • First Aid certification or undergo training (fully funded)
