Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Visual Merchandise Manager, the Visual Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Visual Merchandising are commercially and locally executed in accordance with our VM guidelines.

What you can expect:

  • Interpreting and executing VM directive, ensuring that visual merchandising standards are consistent and aligned with brand and business requirements
  • Working with retail management teams to identify and implement merchandising opportunities that are commercially astute to maximise sales
  • Executing store window displays
  • Mannequin dressing and styling
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standard
  • Training and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded)
  • Working with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met
  • Working as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we do
  • Travel is required with up to 5-7 days away from home at a time
  • Working with other VM Coordinators on new store set ups and refurbishments

 About You:

  • Visual merchandising experience within the retail (preferably apparel) industry of at least two years
  • Ability to develop respectful, effective working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Self-motivated with a can-do approach and thrives on chaos
  • Adaptable and flexible with a love of travel
  • You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team
  • Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • You are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair and a ‘do what it takes’ attitude

 Must Have: 

  • Full time availability
