Anaconda Team Leader responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in all areas of the business
- Ensure our customers leave with a great retail experience
- Lead your team through effective coaching and training
- End-to-end product management of the store
- Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets
- Manage daily high-volume stock and operations
- Be surrounded with all the products you know and love.
- Be a part of a dynamic, supportive & collaborative team.
Must haves:
- Strong retail leadership background
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- High stock volume management is essential
- Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store
- Go-getter attitude
- Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable (not an essential criterion)
- First Aid certified, or willing to be trained (fully funded)
