Join Spotlight Retail Group's Digital Marketing team as a CRM & Loyalty Analyst.
Reporting to the Group CRM & Loyalty Manager, you'll leverage data to drive impactful decisions, analysing campaign performance, customer lifecycle, and loyalty programs. Support key teams including Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Insights & Analytics
What You Will Be Doing
- Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Analyse campaign performance, forecast results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Create, manage and execute campaign A/B testing initiatives and analyse results.
- Customer Lifecycle Insights: Identify key metrics (e.g., CLV, churn) and develop growth strategies across customer lifecycle stages.
- Loyalty Program Performance: Analyse program performance, recommend pricing/rewards, and implement fraud detection measures.
- Data-driven Insights: Translate data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse business performance, produce regular reports, and build automated dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Insights & Analytics, IT, E-Comm, and other teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Projects participation and support: Participate in projects related to new CRM & Loyalty capabilities (e.g., One MarTech, VMS).
About You
- Bachelor's in relevant field (Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
- Must have 2-4 years in analysis, 2-3 years in Snowflake & Power BI
- Technical: Excel, PowerPoint, Database software
- Skills: Strong analytical & problem-solving, Excellent communication, Project management
- Compliance: Data privacy knowledge
- Teamwork: "Can-do" attitude, Effective collaboration
- SQL, CRM Platforms (Insider)
- Google Analytics 4
