We are seeking a proactive Junior Buyer to join Anaconda's Merchandise Buying team in the Kidswear Category. You'll work closely with the Buyer and play a crucial role in bringing retail campaigns to life from start to finish.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and managing product ranges to drive category performance.
- Contributing to merchandise plans that impact sales, stock, and open-to-buy.
- Managing markdown and product lifecycles.
- Analyzing customer needs and contributing to long-term category strategies.
- Supporting category range reviews.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with trade partners.
- Coordinating and executing marketing plans.
About You
- Must have prior experience with apparel
- Demonstrated experience in hard goods product development will be desirable
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
- Commercial mindset working in a dynamic and fast paced team
- Able to develop strong relationships
- A good team player with excellent administrative skills – incl. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Passionate for the outdoors!
