What the Role Involves:
- Support with the planning, coordination, and publishing of digital content to meet and exceed reach, engagement, and sales targets
- Securing trade partner photography & marketing assets
- Maintaining access to trade partner content portals
- Coordinating samples for in-house photography, external agency partners and brand influencers/ambassadors to deliver content outputs
- Admin and labelling of images in Cumulus for upload to the website
- Ensuring article registration is completed to a high standard for optimisation of website product pages and navigational facets
- Follow up of products with missing images and data
- Coordinating website content requirements for seasonal transitions and brand launches/exits
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Marketing background within a fast-paced environment - FMCG or retail marketing highly desirable
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital content creation & co-ordination
- At least 1 years’ experience in social media
- Ability to build strong, cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective customer centric content is delivered.
- Ensure strategic goals of the digital content program are clearly articulated and understood by both internal and external teams
- Seek and respond to feedback
- High level experience working with tight deadlines and drive for success
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with ability to utilise products features and benefits to ensure product content is accurately represented
