Join our team! Anaconda are searching for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life across multiple digital platforms, ensuring that Anaconda is the first brand that comes to mind when Aussies think adventure!

The Role:
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy across paid and organic channels in line with Anaconda’s marketing objectives.
- Multi-Channel Content Creation: Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content for social media, website, email, and digital platforms.
- Video & Social Media Execution: Work closely with our internal video team to shoot and edit video content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies, content creators, and influencers to bring compelling campaigns to life.
- Creator & Ambassador Program: Manage a network of brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand values and overseeing content production.
- Research & Insights: Stay on top of trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights to continuously refine our content strategies.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal compliance, and marketing best practices.
About You:
- Experience in digital content, social media, or a related role—ideally in retail marketing.
- Understand best practices for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and digital marketing channels.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficient with social media management tools like Sprout Social and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a team player with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for learning.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Video content creation skills, including filming and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Anaconda’s products and services.
