What a day in-the-life may look like as an Assistant Manager:
Supporting the Store Manager in all areas of the business.
Ensure that our customers are the forefront and leave with a great customer experience.
Lead by example and empower your team through effective coaching and ongoing training.
Manage and take full accountability of end-to-end product management of the store.
Drive sales to SMASH budgets and targets- take your store to the next level!
Manage daily high-volume stock and operations.
Be surrounded with all the products you know and love.
Be a part of a dynamic, supportive & collaborative team.
About You:
Big box/large format retail leadership background highly desirable
Experience in a team leadership role of up to 30+ staff
Mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire their team.
High stock volume management is essential.
Ability to drive sales and growth for the entire store
Go-getter attitude
Passion for outdoors is highly desirable.
First Aid certified, or willing to be trained at our expense
