About the Role:
Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
Supporting in different departments across the store; specifically at the service desk and/or Fishing and Marine Sales
Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda. Do you have experience and a passion for all things fishing and marine sales? Bonus!
Bright and bubbly enthusiasm with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
Availability across Monday, Saturday, Sunday required
