The Role:

As an Inventory Fish & Water department, you’ll play a role in managing our inventory, ensuring our stores are stocked with the right products at the right time. Reporting to the Planner, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, from allocations and trend analysis to optimising our supply chain flow.

 

  • Allocate inventory to stores for replenishment, new lines, promotions, and sales events.
  • Analysing product performance and providing actionable insights to boost sales.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks through seasonal trend research.
  • Optimising inventory levels to maximise business outcomes.
  • Managing inventory flow across supply chain channels to ensure smooth operations.

 

About You:

If you have a passion for retail, great attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you!

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail allocations or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (including basic formulas) and experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Fishing knowledge or experience- BONUS!
