About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence.
Support and coach your team to succeed
Lead from the front in service, sales, merchandising & more
Take ownership of product management within your department
Drive sales to smash budgets and targets
Ensure every customer leaves happy
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in large-format retail
Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20
Strong understanding of sales trends and stock management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!)
First Aid certified or willing to train (fully funded)
Full-time availability including late nights and weekends
Full working rights in Australia
