The Role: As a Part-Time Fishing & Marine Specialist you will:
Play a key role in delivering expert advice and outstanding customer experiences across our marine and fishing range.
Help customers choose the right fishing gear to suit their needs and budget
Work with customers on building rod and reel combo’s
Work closely with our fitment team to prepare packages for delivery
Support customers through the purchase journey, including product education and basic guidance
Share your knowledge with the wider team and contribute to a strong in-store culture
Assist with day-to-day retail operations including stock management and merchandising
Work alongside your department lead to drive success
Build strong in-store displays and bring the outdoors, indoors!
About You:
Previous experience in, boating, or fishing retail sales (highly regarded)
A genuine passion for fishing, boating, and the outdoors
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge across a wide variety of products
A team-first mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends
Full working rights within Australia
